Refund Policy

Eligible claims

Refund or replacement review is limited to items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the order. We do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind or other no-reason requests.

Thirty-day window

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or other reasonable evidence showing the product and packaging.

Review and resolution

Do not send any item back without authorization. Unauthorized returns might not be received or credited. After reviewing the evidence, we will confirm whether a replacement, partial refund, or full refund is appropriate. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside our control.
